Viabilidad comercial de la exportación de aguardiente Lider a Perú

Abstract

The following entrepreneurship project exposes the documentary, logistical and financial process to carry out the export of the Colombian liquor Aguardiente to Peru in order to provide the detailed export process and the knowledge of everything that it requires, from the approach from commercial strategies to the logistics that are best suited for its management. This export is intended to be carried out through the creation of a company under the name of Boyer SAS located in the city of Tunja Boyacá Colombia, in addition, it contains an analysis that shows in detail different indices and financial balances, where the IRR, EUAC, and NVP are the most important analysis because they establish the feasibility and viability of the project.
