Abstract

This research and improvement plan aims to contextualize the behavior of companies in the temporary service labor market in an international environment, in order to focus the study on the feasibility of the international expansion process of the company Staffing de Colombia. This is a temporary service and BPO services company with the potential to grow internationally. The development of this project is divided into three parts, the first is based on exposing generalities of the company, then a process of research and analysis where a diagnosis is generated prior to the selection of the market, identifying internal and external determinants, concluding with the selection of the target country. The second part has the purpose of planning a training and support schedule of institutions oriented to promote the economic growth of the companies and finally the operational plan of internationalization is proposed through the business model and timely adaptations of the service and constant updating.
