The present documentary investigation aims to give relevance to the inclusion of children with hearing disabilities in conventional classrooms in compliance with their rights as members of society, therefore, pedagogical strategies are required that contribute to the strengthening of their skills and communication skills and cognitive strategies, these strategies have been investigated by different pedagogues who have contributed their knowledge in their development. The main objective is to identify pedagogical strategies to favor the inclusion and development of the communicative and cognitive skills of early childhood boys and girls in the conventional classroom with a view to the inclusion of children with hearing difficulties in the classroom. To carry out the documentary review, the qualitative approach is taken into account, which allows describing and analyzing different pedagogical strategies, likewise the inquiry is of a documentary type with a descriptive scope. For the development of the inquiry exercise, 4 theses and 2 articles were used as references; It was possible to identify pedagogical strategies that allow strengthening the communicative and cognitive skills of children with hearing disabilities, this will be of support by promoting their inclusion in the classroom
