Resumen
This monograph is developed by the student Cristian Camilo Chaparro Chaparro, a final semester student of the Architecture program at Santo Tomás University. The architectural project is located in the municipality of Aquitania in the village of Vargas in the farm known as las viudas and at the same time that borders the Tota lagoon. It is a project that is made up of farms and equipment which are eco-efficient, the project has forests and different crops of the long or junca onion, among these we can find crops of strawberry, blackberry, creole, potato, tree tomato, among others. It is a project that has reservoirs for the capture of water either rainwater or reuse of these in crops. It is a new project in the municipality since it is also a project that was born to reduce the housing deficit but it is also a project that is very committed to its inhabitants and to the environment, especially with the tota lagoon, therefore they are implemented certain strategies in the implementation of trees in the project mainly to help mitigate CO2; It is a project that also seeks a way to technify agriculture through new knowledge of the implementation of chemicals or replacement of chicken manure used in these fields, for which one of the most important facilities is education, which is made up of laboratories And everything is focused on the agricultural sector and where the implementation of different harvests makes the project acquire a unique landscape in the sector, since only the cultivation of long onion predominates. The project also has a lake club, commercial facilities, small squares of integration, cultural squares and sports fields, these are implemented so that the inhabitants of this municipality do not migrate to other urban centers such as the cities of Sogamoso and Duitama and can find recreational spaces for themselves and their families in the same municipality, it is a project that has materiality and very environmental structural systems, therefore there are roofs, facades and Wood integration squares are implemented so that over the years this same wood becomes more integrated with the landscaping.
