dc.description.abstractMalala beauty and makeup is a company designed for the labor growth of many women who have found in the sale of makeup an excellent option of increase of economic income for his families and a way of empoderamiento. The idea of business is the commercialization of wholesale makeup and to the detal of brands nations and international. This one has been planned and organized in a such way that works on the current market, since it was achieved to identify that the makeup is a necessary and almost obligatory purchase in the majority of women in Colombia, but additional in the elements of investigation used I demonstrate that in the last years the virtual purchases have promoted, Since the clients prefer buying from the comfort of his homes, therefore Malala is in Instagram as malalamakeup_ and in Facebook as Malala, generating confidence and tranquility.
