        Resumen
        This presentation gives an account of an investigation that provides a valuable contribution to the social, community and editorial spheres, mainly for teachers who work in the area of ​​Special Education. Through this presentation, different tools are offered in the classroom (the implementation of methods and techniques) that are essential for the school performance of students with disabilities. A review of the teaching strategies of the teacher to children with different capacities was carried out, thus attending to a large part of children with different diagnoses. This made it possible to identify teachers who know and apply techniques; and other teachers who do not have knowledge of these educational tools. A review was made of the teachers of the Camilo Torres and San Pedro de Urabá Educational Institutions who work with children with different abilities, to verify the type and pedagogical level of the strategies used by the teachers and to verify that they use adequate methods to work with children of different diagnoses in Educational Institutions and in special care centers. The review is oriented in function of verifying the achievement of different learning competences, to establish if it is necessary to improve the teaching practice in a continuous and permanent way, in such a way that the teacher has support material and can provide a better teaching to children with functional diversity. There is evidence of a lack of alignment and coherence between the inclusive education proposals suggested by the national government policies and those managed by the Mayor's Office and the Municipal Education, Sports and Culture Secretariat to be executed in the Educational Institutions from the educational practices that they apply to all children with disabilities. The above has a negative impact on each of the dimensions (physical, social or socio-political, cognitive, emotional or affective, communicative and linguistic, spiritual or transcendent, aesthetic and moral ethical) that as human beings happen to them.
