The objective of this study was to establish healthy living habits directed towards ASCUN athletes from the Santo Tomas University, Bucaramanga section, in the 2019-1 semester. In which they completed the STEPwise methodology questionnaire, which assesses behavioral risk factors, which are the level of physical activity in different domains, sedentary behavior, alcohol consumption, tobacco consumption, consumption of fruits and vegetables; Questions related to the use of psychoactive substances were added to this questionnaire. In which the sample was 60 athletes, in which it was found that the consumption of fruits and vegetables was on average 12.20 ± 10.32 weekly portions. Alcohol consumption in the population was 90% and that of tobacco with 16%. 25% of ASCUN athletes consume psychoactive substances with cannabis being the most consumed.
