| dc.description.abstract | In this work, result of the realization of business practice as a degree option to the degree of telecommunications engineer, describe the process and the work carried out in the company Guarumo SAS with the load of software engineer I, working together with your development team and technical support, through key objectives and activities, which allowed the successful completion of the practice period.
During the practice, theoretical and practical knowledge in the practitioner was consolidated, as well as providing great qualities, skills and professional skills by the practitioner to the team in the company, building the chatbot platform with modern freamwork such as reactions, reduction and other web technologies , contributing together tangible value to the organization.
