Resumen
High-performance sport has physical requirements that in many cases exceed physiological, biomechanical, nutritional limits, among others, to remain as long as possible in the elite, athletes exposed to their body in extreme situations (Fernández, 2018). When reaching the point where the body is and the physical tools that are used are no longer necessary, the need arises to implement strategies and include in the training plans special ergogenic aids sports and nutritional supplements that have a positive effect on physical performance sea with the metabolic responses or the recovery time of the athlete (Urbina, 2010) which directly impacts all the physical, psychological and technical preparation of the individual.
However, the use of ergogenic aids in high-performance sport is considered in a high range as doping, especially with regard to the substances and drugs that are used in the environment, Urbina, C. (2010) exposes the Ergogenic aids, especially nutritional ones, such as "Substances used in high-performance athletes, whatever they may be like improving physical performance without negative alterations for the body." (p.15) On the other hand, the greater professionalization of the athlete, which brings recognition, economic awards and possibilities of social improvement, bring these goals to priority individuals and thinks that the end justifies the means, affects their organism, whether they are lawful or no (Odriozola, 2000, p. 172)
The investigation of this problem arises from the interest of demonstrating the normal and appropriate use within high-performance athletes in an environment where the use of ergogenic substances is not standardized or regulated, such as bodybuilding, since exposing the implementation of supplements Nutritional and drugs within high-performance sport, individuals can make better use of these, without jeopardizing their health. In the framework of ethnomethodology, the research is carried out with 15 high-performance bodybuilders, discovering the social context in which high-performance sport is developed, in this case bodybuilding, through an interview where topics on training are addressed. , nutrition, high performance, ergogenic aids, care in consumption. The interview is carried out completely anonymously so as not to harm the professional career of the athletes.
