Abstract

This document is the result of a theoretical-dogmatic work and study partner 1 that is part of the line of research called Social Movement and Human Rights of the Master in Defense of Human Rights and Law International Humanitarian before Courts, Tribunals and International Organizations of the Santo Tomás University, which as a general objective includes, how the social movements in Colombia build their political action from the discourse of the human rights through the use of national institutions and bodies, understood as the use of international instruments on human rights for achieve the recognition of guarantees.
