Análisis comparativo de la resistencia a compresión en las mezclas de concreto en el proyecto urbanización estación de la Alejandría en el municipio de Paipa-Boyacá

Abstract

The present work consisted of the experimentation, observation and analysis of the different components of the mixtures to elaborate concrete in the Estación Alexandria Consortium, in the Municipality of Paipa, Boyacá, with the aim of determining the resistance to understanding in the elaboration of mixtures, from different additives, to evaluate the most effective mixture in terms of resistance. From my role of support to the resident engineer, I was able to relate the entire process of experimentation with theoretical and methodological sources, expressed in the background, so that the mixtures already established with the type of concrete mixture that the consortium aims to achieve, to improve its mechanical properties, were contrasted. Concretes mixed in construction were worked on site, according to the type of structure to be melted, as they are: foundation beams, slabs between floors, dovelas and floors. The results of the experiments were recorded as the experimentation progressed. Its monitoring and categorization was carried out by the cylinder compression test, according to the Colombian Technical Standards. As a result of the whole process, it is concluded that by improving the resistance by compression, according to the type of mixture elaborated, a concrete of improvement quality for the user and greater effectiveness for the company is obtained.
