dc.description.abstract | This maintenance plan model based on failure mode analysis and FMEA effect, proposes the implementation of a maintenance management methodology for the study and maintenance of the hydraulic system of the NPR and NKR slab cranes of the GLOBAL GENESIS S.A.S business group, Grúas la octava LTDA, Grúas la octava LTDA; implementing a risk classification by means of causes and effects of failure allowing to identify and prioritize the existing failures in each of the cranes to subsequently obtain an optimization of actions, in order to increase the availability of the hydraulic system in the entire fleet through preventive maintenance actions by means of programming formats and operation verifications; based on the study carried out of the failures produced, the designation of fixed and variable costs that the maintenance area had designated after the implementation of the FMEA methodology is identified. Finally, a 5S methodology is generated to evaluate the progress and quality of maintenance procedures formulated by the applied methodology. | |
