Resumen
The depletion of traditional energy sources such as fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) leads to the search of alternative energy sources such as biofuels; the project was created with an environmental vision, in order to give an added value to the agro-industrial waste.
Taking into account the physical and chemical parameters of the bovine manure and the beer bagasse, assessed the potential of biogas and biohydrogen production through the process of anaerobic co-digestion and dark fermentation respectively, using as inoculum bovine manure and the beer bagasse as the substrate in these processes.
The research theme in which this project focused, pointed to the line of new technologies for the solution of environmental problems and also taking advantage of waste for the production of energy from one form ecofriendly.
