As a result of the changes and demands brought about by the market, companies have sought to improve the negotiation and investment model in order to achieve significant alliances that contribute to them and satisfy market needs.
This will be the object of study in Brazil, which is a country that is identified by having large companies that have managed to excel worldwide for their technology. That is why the following document will be based on the diagnosis of the country mentioned, as one of its most representative companies at the national level which is Natura, whose organization focuses on the production of makeup and other types of products related to cosmetics, made with natural resources to generate a high degree of Corporate Social Responsibility and commitment to nature, being a leader in its industry since 2004, achieving presence in seven countries in Latin America and France.
