The design of this project aims to demonstrate that investing in a " Cooker or soybeans inactivator " machine, the company will optimize its production concept with high functional economic advantages, techniques and avoiding making the process of inactivation or baking soybeans ( the main input in the production of concentrate) on another floor , which would entail additional transportation costs and costs per kilo excess of cooked beans, which would provide significant savings. Objectives: To determine the economic and functional advantages, techniques inactivator purchase or Cooker soybeans to the processing plant concentrate birds of Union Valley. Methods: Longitudinal , analytical and comparative . This research was conducted previously identifying the " Plant Sapling concentrates , of Union Valley " and the need to purchase equipment for the inactivation of soybeans from their own facilities . Results: Acquire equipment Desing LTDA , is key to plant concentrates Valley Union, through its economic, technical and performance gains with short, medium and long term.
