Once Legal Psychology, allows the use of tools, techniques and practices of psychology towards promoting dynamic emerging judicial scenarios such as those occurring within the recovery room, where it is intended that the sanctions of this system involving repairs of damage caused by criminal behavior, which is not achieved with the traditional justice of punitive court belonging found in the preparation of this study, which sought to design implement and evaluate under the research methodology CIPP, a program Restorative Justice Impact panels aimed at adolescents involved in the recovery room Amigonian Youth Centre in the city of Tunja, using estimates of systemic psychology. The context evaluation showed the relevance of designing and implementing the program in tone to the involvement that occurs after the riot happens in this institution on March 20, 2014, caused by inmates in the teens. Regarding the evaluation process, the results from a semantic analysis showed that the victims recognize attitudes of remorse and shame in adolescents, which are associated with a motivation to repair them. Also analysis of product evaluation, showed that adolescents offenders recognize the impact of existing criminal conduct after the mutiny and this generated empathic processes to the victims, who were related to repair dynamics that emerged from the program.
