The company ESOCOL COLOMBIA as a union of service stations in eastern Colombia, is committed to advising and accompanying legal, financial, technical and environmental issues, of the foregoing this document is intended to provide insight regarding the environmental component of the entity in mention, therefore, in the development of the internship, thematic aspects of environmental advice and accompaniment are integrated into service stations, including basic sanitation plans (PSB), comprehensive hazardous waste management plans (PGIRESPEL), environmental guides, Discharge protocols and cleaning of fuel tanks. Each of the activities developed for the advice and support is given from a constructive and technical opinion depending on the environmental engineer.
Service stations, such as loading, storage and handling devices for hazardous substances, are regulated under Colombian regulations regarding the minimization, control and monitoring of chemical substances, in addition to having articulated management and sanitation protocols that guarantee safety of the operators within the establishment, from there the starting point is given for the implementation of the Basic Sanitation Plans and Comprehensive Hazardous Waste Management Plans, which can carry out a rigorous control of the activities and processes in the stations of service that complies with compliance and the requirements given by current Colombian regulations and regulations given by competent environmental entities.
