Resumen
The present work proposes to address the problem of the CENIT Pozos Colorados company, which currently lacks a guide to standardize the mixing process and obtain biodiesel type B5 at 5%, through the mixture of biofuel and conventional diesel supplied by the main partner of Ecopetrol company. The foregoing generates a degradation of the product greater or less than that established by the current regulations, different requirements of an environmental nature, mobility and transport, resources and risks are identified, which must be met in accordance with the regulations for what is established as a general objective. "Implement an operational philosophy within the CENIT -Pozos Colorados company in order to establish the mixing process that allows the production of B5 biodiesel under Colombian regulations." As a method, a qualitative study is proposed to design the guide, resulting in a project constitution act, which once endorsed to implement the adequate biofuel blending process, and taking into account environmental factors, technologies for the control of carbon in the atmosphere, in addition to the diversification of the national energy basket through the use of alternatives compatible with sustainable development. With the improvement proposal, it was possible to reduce the percentage of rejected purchase orders by 45.06% for products on request and by 25.46% for regular products, reducing delays in the objective purchase process, it will address the deviations in the possible degradations of Biodiesel to 5% that generate economic and social losses and effects of pollution to the environment.
