Understanding the development of moral judgment from the theoretical position of Lawrence Kohlberg and through a constructivist epistemology, the following research aims to understand the constructions of moral judgment around violence between school pairs, by a group of students of an educational institution public of the city of Villavicencio. The research is qualitative and with an interpretive method. The participants were 12 students belonging to the 6th grade, ages 10 to 12 years, of which 6 were men and 6 women, the selection of this sample was made through diverse sampling or maximum variation. The analysis and validation of the results consisted of triangulation by researchers. The results gave an account of moral judgment constructions that validate and do not validate violence among school peers, expressed through moral justifications, as well as the family, social, educational, and personal dimension as aspects related to violence in school pairs.
