Abstract

The present work is a systematization of the general state of the normative framework, national and international, relative to the protection of the rights of children and adolescents in Colombia, whose ultimate objective is to account for why, in a specific case study , the rights to the truth, justice, reparation and the guarantees of non-repetition and access to justice of the victims were not respected, based on the provisions of the collected norms, among which the following stand out: applicable international standards in the matter and Law 1098 of 2006 or Childhood and Adolescence Code, among other Colombian laws.
