Speaking of Values Education goes beyond working with conflicts that are observed so far and others; It is the responsibility of the teacher to observe carefully and be prepared to respond to everyday situations in the classroom, in social groups and family.
The challenge is to own attitudes and actions contribute to building a more just, sustainable, equitable and caring society.
The development of this project and the consequent proposal thereof, highlight the idea of thinking globally to act locally from the conviction that another world is possible.
The preschool students are discovering the world and from very small start to become big questions: Are we all equal ?, What is Peace ?, girls and children s can do the same things ... the they can be accompanied in this exploration of the world is part of the exciting job of educating.
Teachers are called to work so that students learn to critically understand the world in which they live, act judiciously and seek particularly well for each of them and the common good for the community and the country of that form part of.
It is then the duty of the educator of young children, caring for the early years understand what is happening around them, this is achieved when your questions are answered, coexistence rules are agreed, analyze conflicts, hear what they feel and think.
It is assumed the commitment to train them and guide them to trust their possibilities and ownership responsibly in building a better world.
The project presented in the following paragraphs specifically developed at the Adventist College of Sogamoso (CADES) but indifferently context could have been any educational institution in the city with similar characteristics in the target population (age and schooling) and results would be the same. This is where the importance is represented research but fundamentally the proposal is a result of it.
