dc.description.abstractFor the management of human talent in the COINGARCO organization, it is important to keep processes controlled and aligned with corporate strategies, in such a way that it becomes an allied area for obtaining corporate objectives, maintaining an optimal organizational climate, which allows having highly motivated and committed collaborators with developed work skills, which are reflected in the fulfillment of individual and organizational performance indicators. The above is highlighted, the process of organizational climate as a determining factor for the job performance of employees of any organization, and that is why this research arises, which aims to design an improvement plan aimed at the intervention of the variables of organizational climate that are happening negatively to the work performance of a public sector company. The two concepts are theoretically described and related research is shown that allows confirming correlations between the work environment and organizational performance.
