Sonsón is a municipality known for its great historical, political and economic importance; where there is an enormous wealth of wealth that addresses most of the municipality. This place was affected by the armed conflict due to its location in the territory, since this area has a climatic variety that covers all thermal floors; It also has moors and is surrounded by a large mountainous area, this caused the dispossession of land, murders and forced disappearances of many families, but more than this, the municipality was affected by the neglect of its heritage wealth, leaving them in a state of abandonment. and turning these emblems places into spaces of drug addiction and prostitution. Today Sonsón is still known as a heritage and historical place, but it is not given enough importance for the conservation and enjoyment of its places. The conflict process is an opportunity for the recovery of these places, providing them with cultural, sports and leisure infrastructures that integrate the community, to recover those spaces that were once taken away.
