The fundamentals and importance of Education in Human Rights (HRE) constitute the framework of research presented as a pedagogical experience in favor of school coexistence in Antonio Villavicencio educational institution through the teacher training on restorative practices that represent them tools and devices nearby, friendly, and effective in the management of the conflict and overcoming of simple behaviors and protocols laid down in the Manual records of Coexistence. The experience is a pedagogical collective task of training that benefits teachers and students, rights subjects in the school world since the promotion and achievement of a culture based on recognition and respect for the human dignity, the practice empathy, respect, the repair of the damage and the restoration of interpersonal relationships to situations of conflict present in the school environment. The identification and understanding of the normative, conceptual frameworks, proposals and projections for HRE at international and national levels favored in the period 2014-2018, review and use of various methodological options, instruments and strategies in the various sessions of evaluation, assessment of school coexistence and development of HRE and evidence in the various instruments and means used in the educational institution. They also allowed to strengthen the knowledge and pedagogical daily task of different practices of restorative questions and emotional statements, restorative circles, listening and spontaneous and formal meetings in the different spaces and moments of school life that finally showed on the one hand, the decline of conflicts and aggression and, on the other hand, the capacity and balance of the teachers which, together with the participation of students, favored an atmosphere with subjects each once more committed to the practice of human rights coherent with the PEI 'Progress, communication and coexistence generators' and the orientation of the project of education for citizenship and coexistence.
