dc.description.abstractThis document is part of the final report of the degree work, which aims to present the prospective strategic plan to obtain the title in the specialization of sports administration at the Santo Tomás University. This work is entitled strategic prospective plan of the volleyball club alpha and omega volleyball club 2021-2026. The Alfa y Omega volleyball club volleyball club is a sports entity in the city of Bogotá that is growing and seeks to position itself as a benchmark before the city's sports entities for the year 2026. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze how is structured the club, what strengths and weaknesses it has, in addition to the indicators and variables that intersect in its development, through an internal analysis; at the same time, it is necessary to study the context in which the project is conceived, its impact and needs at the international, national, and local levels, through external analysis. All this, for the sake of building a prospective strategic plan for the club and contributing to it with strategies based on the analysis carried out.
