Resumen
This book presented by the Santo Tomas University of Colombia, through the Tunja headquarters, is the result of the research process of the students of the postdoctoral course, of the VI cohort, year 2020, called: "Education, Social Sciences and Interculturality ”, developed within the research group of the Faculty of Education “Pedagogy, Sciences and Spirituality” and within the Education, Social Sciences and Interculturality line.
With the academic production of this reference material, it is relevant to highlight that the research processes carried out in postdoctoral studies constitute a stage for in-depth reflection, highlighting that this scriptural production becomes the perfect excuse to build a new scientific narrative that without excluding, allows the integration of relevant aspects in terms of theories and epistemological positions that allow an understanding of the complexity of the phenomena of the objects of study (Zaa, 2007). In the same way, the construction of said narrative is directed to the encounter with the unknown, opening up scenarios of uncertainty, which allows researchers to stage structures of complex, systemic, disruptive, logical, divergent thought, among others. and with this they are capable of proposing diverse and alternative solutions in all fields of life where they are main actors.
Thus, postdoctoral research implies a construction of knowledge based on real phenomena, which is why it is essential from Morín's approach (2002) to reflect that reality is neither simple nor complex, reality is what our thinking is. If our thinking is simple, reality will be simple, if our thinking is complex, then reality will be complex. This directly generates a challenge for the researcher since it must be configured from dialectical exercises that allow clarity regarding the existing ontological foundations in formal and Cartesian scientific logic (Felman, 2006), which must allow traveling in multiple directions. possible from reality. Journey that does not start with a known method but with its permanent search.
