Resumen
This document collects fundamental and far-reaching aspects of the armed conflict in Colombia, including very telling aspects of the gender violence that happened during the conflict, where the woman was the biggest victim and where her rights, justice and reparation are still awaited. When confronted with the issue of violence against women during the armed conflict in our country and its role in the post-conflict, it is necessary to emphasize the effects of violence on women, the way their body degraded as a weapon of war, bringing with it difficult psychopathy’s to overcome. In the same way, the leading role of post-conflict women is highlighted as mechanisms to achieve. Although the agreement was signed, the process is progressing slowly, it should be noted that this left emotional sequels of terror that still persist in those who were the victims, and thus some conditions of security in the combat zones have partially disappeared. This document also includes laws, regulations, judgments, judgments, and everything related to war, gender violence and post-conflict, both nationally and internationally, in the same way, concepts and data from organizations are included. national as the Supreme Court, the High Council for Peace, and international as; the International Criminal Court, the International Committee of the Red Cross and bodies attached to the United Nations, among others, trying to put the issues presented here in context.
