Consultoría empresarial: propuesta de planeación estratégica para la microempresa Magma Ideas S.A.S. de la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia

Abstract

This consulting research project aims to present a strategic formulation proposal for the company Magma Ideas S.A.S., dedicated to the design and manufacture of furniture for individuals and companies, and which has managed to survive the mortality rate of new ventures and being successful. However, these achievements have been made empirically, without a formal strategic planning process. In this framework, the following question arises: What are the needs and requirements of the stakeholders that, together with the internal factors and external factors of the organization, make it possible to formulate strategic planning in the company Magma Ideas S.A.S in the city of Bogotá? This research is theoretically based on the Execution Premium strategic model (latest version of the Balanced Scorecard). From the methodological point of view, an exploratory and descriptive research is proposed, with a mixed approach, which allows obtaining a greater variety of perspectives to analyze the qualitative and quantitative data, resulting from the application of various strategic planning tools used in the consulting project.
