Una mirada teórica a la reincidencia de agresoras sexuales de menores de trece años en Latinoamérica

Abstract

Sexual assaults are a momentous point in the understanding of inappropriate behaviors carried out in different parts of Latin America, among these the most aberrant are those carried out with minors, because they generate physical impacts, continueover, these affects not only directly alter the victim but can lead to disruptions in the family because in a high percentage the aggressions are committed by people who are more close to the victims, as well as an increase in behaviors and changes in the modus operandi of offenders, so much so that it has now been understood that sexual assaults are carried out by men and women, just the theme of women being a phenomenon of high relevance but little research interest, so this theoretical review aims to collect and analyse the theoretical and practical literature on research carried out in recent years and to verify that both have been investigated, as well as its notability and contribution from a psychojurisque perspective, to develop this research will use searches of digital information in databases and research that are validated and reliable; It is noted that the research found showed that there is literature that may be of high relevance in the evolution of the subject in Latin America, however there is no high presence of studies or texts, on the contrary those found are refer to one or maximum two articles found in some Latin American countries
