El uso de Lyricstrainig Herramienta Para Llegar a ser un Angloparlante Exitoso

Abstract

La tesis titulada: “El uso de LyricsTraining herramienta para llegar a ser un angloparlante exitoso” por la autora Michel Catalina Garzón. La investigación busca como objetivo principal ayudar a jóvenes de colegios públicos a perfeccionar su proceso de inglés intensificado, debido a las falencias conocidas en los estudiantes de grado once de la Institución educativa Distrital “Pablo Neruda” en la habilidad del habla, por medio de una herramienta digital conocida como: LyricsTraining.11 La autora en la asignatura de cultura y lenguaje del área de intensificación añade en su quehacer docente: Karaoke y actividades motivacionales de completar canciones en inglés con el objetivo de que los estudiantes pierdan el miedo a hablar en público y su bienestar escolar y futuro mejoren, además del vocabulario y la fluidez del idioma extranjero. Se pretende por medio de su uso, mejorar actividades de juego de roles y exposiciones donde los estudiantes de grado avanzado quienes culminan su bachillerato incrementen la fluidez en el idioma, potenciando nuevo vocabulario por medio de la música para una comunicación efectiva y asertiva con el fin de llegar a ser angloparlantes con un mayor éxito en su proceso universitario y laboral. El uso continuo de la aplicación LyricsTraining y la disciplina de la mayoría de alumno arrojó resultados favorables y notables, evidenciándolo por medio de la prueba oral final de los educandos.

As a main objective the following research finds helping Young people who study in Public High Schools for improving their process in intensified English´s speaking ability and have a high level of English. This weakness in English is known by the author teacher in 1101 students from “Pablo Neruda” public high school in their speaking ability, through LyricsTraining tool´s activities. Culture and Language subject´s teacher of intensified English adds in her teaching own process: Karaoke motivated activities and fill in the blanks of English lyrics, it has main objectives: The students lose the fear to speak in front of the audience and their scholar future wellbeing, vocabulary and the fluency in Foreign language improve. Besides, it pretends to use role plays, conversation, and group speech, according to the 12 application and its topic that is the music, increasing 1101 graders students´ fluency and difficult and intensive vocabulary who finish their high school process and start a professional life. They should have assertive communication and become a successful professional anglophone in the future. The using of LyricsTraining application for 4 months and students ‘discipline helped students to improve in their speaking sub-abilities, it demonstrates by means of an oral posttest.
