Aplicación de Tecnologías de Gestión Para el Mejoramiento de la Productividad en la Empresa Dulces El Paragüitas

Abstract

Este proyecto de investigación está basado en la de aplicación de tecnologías de gestión en la empresa dulces el paragüitas, con el objetivo de dejar herramientas de mejoramiento continuo en las áreas de Calidad y Talento Humano, aplicando tecnología de gestión de la calidad y tecnología de gestión del talento humano, para fortalecer la corporación en un mundo tan cambiante con altos riesgos que se presentan en el mercado y en la organización y que no se presenten altos grados de liquidez. Por lo tanto, para este proyecto se diseñaron herramientas para que dichas puedan ser aplicadas en la organización y los lleve a tener estándares de calidad en todas las áreas intervenidas, con la metodología INTI dándole a la organización todos los recursos para mejorar su productividad y llegar a ser reconocida en el mercado por la alta calidad en sus productos y estándares a nivel organizacional. Todo esto con el fin de fortalecer y tener personal altamente capacitado, comprometido y competitivo en la compañía, para poder seguir manteniéndose y siendo los numero uno en el mercado de Santander, además del mejoramiento continuo en la producción de sus productos de leche, todos mediante propuestas de mejora a la compañía. En este proyecto se encuentran herramientas aplicables en la industria para mejorar la productividad en tiempos de riesgos financieros, en este sentido el check list que cuenta el proyecto para ayudar a fortalecer los procesos que estén afectando los objetivos de la compañía para seguir creciendo en un mercado tan cambiante ayudando a la mejora continua. También se encuentran una serie de propuestas para la empresa u organización que ayudarán a cumplir los objetivos de calidad dando un cumplimiento a los estándares de calidad fijados por la compañía.
