Auditoria en el manejo de los recursos asignados por el estado a el Centro Etnoeducativo nº1 el arroyo perteneciente a la organización indígena Yanama de la Guajira

Abstract

In this work of business practices, an audit is carried out at the Ethnoeducational Center No. 1 El Arroyo, which is part of the indigenous organization of the Guajira Yanama. For the administrative officials of the aforementioned organization, it is very important to know if the schools that are part of it are managing the financial resources, which are assigned by the State through the General Participation System, and which are also complying with the parameters that are outlined in Guide N ° 8 for the administration of the resources of the educational sector, of the Ministry of National Education. This work is intended to know each of the processes that are carried out day by day by the people in charge of the administrative and financial area of the educational institution in addition to providing support through the recommendations that will be raised in this report. For the preparation of the audit, it was necessary to visit the facilities of the Ethnoeducational Center No. 1 El Arroyo, verify all the existing documentation, including the accounting books and financial statements of the institution, which expose in detail the result of the operations of the school. The data analyzed show us that most of the resources for the support of the Ethnoeducational Center No. 1 el Arroyo are from the General Participation System.

En este trabajo de prácticas empresariales, se realiza una auditoria a el Centro Etnoeducativo N°1 El Arroyo, el cual hace parte de la organización indígena de la Guajira Yanama. Para los funcionarios administrativos de la organización mencionada anteriormente es muy importante saber si los colegios que hacen parte de ella están llevando un buen manejo de los recursos financieros, los cuales son asignados por el Estado a través del Sistema General de Participaciones, y que además estén cumpliendo con los paramentos que se encuentran planteados en la Guía N°8 para la administración de los recursos del sector educativo, del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Con este trabajo se pretende conocer cada uno de los procesos que día a día son realizadas por las personas encargadas del área administrativa y financiera de la institución educativa además de brindarles apoyo por medio de las recomendaciones que estarán planteadas en este informe. Para la elaboración de la auditoria, fue necesario visitar las instalaciones del centro Etnoeducativo N° 1 El Arroyo, verificar toda la documentación existente, incluyendo los libros contables y estados financieros de la institución, los cuales exponen de forma detallada el resultado de las operaciones del colegio. Los datos analizados nos muestran que la mayor parte de los recursos para el sostenimiento del centro Etnoeducativo N°1 el Arroyo son provenientes del Sistema General de Participaciones.
