dc.description.abstractThe concept of Lean Manufacturing is based on the Japanese model called Kaizen which means to change to improve. According to Kaizen there are seven molts or waste the first is overproduction, the second the time, the third the transport, the fourth the inventory, the fifth the movements, the sixth the defects and finally the processes.
dc.description.abstractEl concepto de Lean Manufacturing se basa en el modelo japonés llamado Kaizen que significa cambiar para mejorar. Según Kaizen existen siete mudas o desperdicios el primero es la sobreproducción, el segundo el tiempo, el tercero el transporte, el cuarto el inventario, el quinto los movimientos, el sexto los defectos y finalmente los procesos.
