dc.description.abstractLa presente revisión de literatura tiene como propósito identificar a los principales autores de la comunidad jurídica internacional que han publicado en libros y revistas indexadas sobre cambio climático y derecho internacional. Esto con el fin de comprender: 1) si existe un canon en la temática; 2) las principales temáticas que se abordan sobre cambio climático y derecho internacional y; 3) las tendencias y continuidades temáticas. En este sentido, la presente revisión se enmarca en el rastreo de las narrativas tradicionales sobre cambio climático y derecho internacional. Esta revisión de literatura se organizó a partir de las siguientes preguntas: ¿Quiénes empezaron a hablar sobre cambio climático y derecho internacional y por qué? ¿Qué temas abordaron esas primeras aproximaciones? ¿Cuáles han sido las principales continuidades y discontinuidades temáticas que se pueden develar desde la emergencia de estos estudios hasta la actualidad?
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this literature review is to identify the main authors from the international legal community who have published in books and indexed journals on climate change and international law. This in order to understand: 1) if there is a canon on the subject; 2) the main issues addressed on climate change and international law and; 3) thematic trends and continuities. In this sense, this review is framed within the tracing of traditional narratives on climate change and international law. This literature review was organized around the following questions: Who started talking about climate change and international law and why? What issues did those first approaches address? What have been the main thematic continuities and discontinuities that can be revealed from the emergence of these studies to the present?
