| dc.description.abstract | Los sistemas empresariales son ampliamente usados a nivel mundial para el apoyo de los procesos operativos y tácticos de las empresas y, en los últimos años se han empezado a utilizar a nivel estratégico, apoyando los procesos de toma de decisiones. Para lo anterior, los nuevos sistemas empresariales integran módulos de analítica de datos que permiten la creación de reportes sobre las actividades del negocio, brindando a la gerencia la información necesaria para tomar decisiones informadas. A estos nuevos sistemas se les conoce como sistemas empresariales inteligentes, pues la integración con la analítica de datos permite la administración y creación de conocimiento sobre la empresa, es decir, genera inteligencia de negocio. A pesar de las ventajas que los sistemas empresariales inteligentes brindan a las empresas, existen ciertos factores determinantes para la adopción de estos, igual que para la adopción de herramientas de analítica de datos en general. Sin embargo, a partir de un primer análisis de la literatura académica, se ha podido constatar que la documentación sobre la adopción de sistemas empresariales inteligentes es muy escasa y cuando se busca por adopción de herramientas de analítica de datos, esta no contempla en la mayoría de los casos el uso de sistemas empresariales. Esta investigación busca así presentar los factores que son relevantes para la adopción tanto de sistemas empresariales inteligentes como de herramientas de analítica de datos a partir de un análisis del estado del arte y, por medio de un grupo focal con 5 expertos en el tema, conseguir un primer acercamiento sobre el nivel de uso de herramientas de analítica en Colombia y los factores de adopción determinantes en este contexto. | |
