dc.description.abstractModa y discurso es un proyecto en el cuál exploro la agencia de la industria de la moda en mi construcción de identidad. El proyecto cuestiona las redes de consumo en las que nos vemos envueltos, y las necesidades artificiales que son implantadas por la industria de la moda, basándome en mi caso personal. Deconstruyo mi historia de consumo, recorriendo las prendas que consumí durante los últimos 10 años, identificando la etapa de mi vida a la que pertenecen, las razones detrás de haberlas comprado y las influencias que me guiaron. El resultado es una pieza crítica que representa 4 etapas de consumo, sus universos estéticos y discursos que estuvieron presentes en mi construcción de identidad en relación con el consumo de moda. Si bien es un proyecto autobiográfico, invita a reconocer y a cuestionar el consumo y la identidad personal.
