dc.description.abstract | Morinda citrifolia o noni es una planta a la que se le atribuyen variedad de efectos positivos para la salud humana, sin embargo los estudios sobre su mecanismo de acción y efecto sobre los humanos son aun limitados. La presente revisión de alcance tuvo como fin reunir toda la evidencia formalmente publicada en la literatura científica disponible sobre el potencial inmunomodulador del noni en humanos y sintetizarla. Se encontró y procesó una cantidad total de 5.584 registros y fueron incluidos 101 estudios como elegibles, en los cuales se confirmó el potencial de la planta y sus componentes sobre el sistema inmune. | |
