The present monograph is the main theme of male sexuality and its symptoms today. Starting from a historical journey about love and sexuality were trying to read the current time from some of the main tenets of psychoanalytic theory. For this, a theoretical review that capture broadly the contributions of psychoanalysis with reference to the issue of sexuality, love and object choice in men is done. The contemporary world is also described from psychoanalytic theoretical sources and some items of general interest recognized journals. It is a mainly descriptive work in which it is intended to address an issue that is of great importance today in the clinical space, both in psychology and psychoanalysis.
