| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente artículo pretende abordar algunas de las nuevas formas de trabajo, tercerización, teletrabajo, es decir las nuevas modalidades de no empleo como un efecto de cambio frente a las concepciones que se tenía en un modelo sólido, temporal y de certeza para el trabajador. Esto dentro del marco de acelerados cambios en el mercado laboral, la política, las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la economía mundial. De igual forma el papel que tiene la flexibilización del trabajo dentro de esta nueva dinámica de cambios para finalmente intentar reconocer algunos efectos, positivos o negativos que dichas formas de trabajo tienen en la dimensión social e individual de los trabajadores, el contexto del cual hacen parte y su forma de situarse en el mundo. /Abstract: The following article aims to address some of the new ways of working, outsourcing, teleworking, ie new forms of employment not as an effect of exchange against the conceptions that had a solid model, temporal and certainty for the worker.
