Análisis de las exportaciones desde Risaralda hacia la unión europea del sector sistema moda subsector textil y confecciones entre los años 2014 - 2018 en el marco del Tratado de Libre Comercio de Colombia con la Unión Europea

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo toma como referencia el tratado de libre comercio entre Colombia y la Unión Europea, el TLC será la base para el desarrollo del trabajo. El objetivo general es proporcionar información acerca de las implicaciones de este mismo en las exportaciones generales de Colombia, y el impacto en el departamento de Risaralda. El trabajo consta de tres objetivos específicos, en el primer objetivo se describen los aspectos generales del tratado, siguiendo con el comercio Bilateral entre Colombia y la Unión Europea, después se describen las exportaciones desde el 2014 hasta el 2018, haciendo un análisis del sucedido en cada año. Y por último, se comenta acerca de la competitividad de Colombia frente a los TLC, las debilidades y fortalezas del mismo frente a los años en vigencia. En segundo lugar, el objetivo número dos pretende caracterizar el sector textil dentro del TLC, y cuál es el compartimiento de este sector en Colombia. Siguiente a esto, se describirán las exportaciones generales de Risaralda, las exportaciones específicas del sector textil, las exportaciones hacia la Unión Europea. El tercer objetivo permite dar a conocer las oportunidades que tienen algunas de las empresas más representativas del sector Sistema Moda de Risaralda para consolidarse en el mercado de la Unión Europea. Además, manifestar cuál ha sido el desarrollo de este sector en los últimos años y conocer cuál es la realidad empresarial del sector sistema moda en la región. Abstract: The following work takes as reference the free trade agreement between Colombia and the European Union, the FTA will be the basis for the development of work. The general objective is to provide information about the implications of this in the general exports of Colombia, and the impact in the department of Risaralda. The work consists of three specific objectives, in the first objective the general aspects of the treaty are described, following with the bilateral trade between Colombia and the European Union, and then the exports are described from 2014 to 2018, making an analysis of the happened in every year. And finally, comments on the competitiveness of Colombia against the FTA, its weaknesses and strengths compared to the years in force. Secondly, objective number two aims to characterize the textile sector within the FTA, and what is the compartment of this sector in Colombia. Following this, we will describe the general exports of Risaralda, the specific exports of the textile sector, and finally, the behavior of textile exports to European Union from Risaralda. The third objective allows publicizing the opportunities that some companies of the fashion system sector of Risaralda have to consolidate in the European Union Market. In addition, state what has been the development of this sector in recent years and know what is the business reality of the fashion system sector in the region.
