dc.description.abstractThis report explores the learning, achievements and challenges presented during Psychology training period at Bancoomeva, stressing the need and importance of creating a close relationship between the employees of the organization and Human Resource department, by strengthening the Wellness Program and Occupational Health, using communication pieces to generate a clear and fluid communication. Likewise, the training modules for new employees are intervened to enhance their learning and adaptation to the organization.
