Infancia, Adolescencia ¿de cuál ley se trata? Una lectura psicoanalítica al discurso jurídico del restablecimiento de derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes en Colombia.

Abstract

The present article of theoretical reflection pretends a conceptual approach about some items if the incidence that the Other subject plays on the psyche of childhood and adolescence, with some short notes about the family from the psychoanalytic. It is written here about the subject who is psychoanalysis point, the structured as a language under the significant logic, that obey to the normative order of the subjective law giving in a place where parental desire allowing the insertion in the culture –make social bond-, contrasted with the logics of social normative order installed by the legal discourse of reestablishment of rights for children and adolescents. Finally a contrasting vision is proposed between the legal discourse of reestablishment of rights for childhood and adolescence, and psychoanalysis.
