Resumen
From old ages justice is seen as the central rule of the morality. This article comes from the research treatment, with a qualitative focus, that covers and analyzes the information provided by a group of teenagers. This study enables to relate the analysis categories with the social context the participants belonged, thanks to the moral judgments expressed towards the presentation of two hypothetic polilemas.
Currently, Kohlberg offers a vision about the moral development where its core is justice as a rational rule of the behavior regulation. Nevertheless, for Carol Gilligan the moral development is not defined by a unique universal principle of justice, but by the care ethic. Particularly, Gilligan claims that there are differences between genders throughout the moral development, which enables to include affection in such growth, giving step to the humanization of the concept and its application.
