Prácticas de mejoramiento continuo en la Planta de Producción de Potencia de ABB, enfocadas en la estrategia de Housekeeping

Abstract

This practice report describes the application of one of the methodologies that is part of continuous improvement, called Housekeeping, within the production plant of ABB power, particularly in the assembly area, located in Dosquebradas, Risaralda. Firstly, there is an internal diagnostic to intervention area and a process of sensitization to employees and managers to arrange for an active participation in the methodology and assure beneficial results both internally and externally, impacting the end user.
