Communication is used as a medium of great importance for the functioning of the organization. Also, the business reality hasn´t been given sufficient attention and often has been understood a different concept of the communication. This media should have for basic target, to cover the communication needs of various authorities in the organization, and they immediate workgroups.
Organizational Communication, is divided into two lines: Internal Communication and External Communications, the first works on the concept and development of corporate culture, it means ideas and concepts that define the organization, the second by her side is the transmission and reception of data, patterns, images, referring to the organization and its context.
For this reason, the intervention of this work intends to perform a communication plan, taking into account the organizational communication and the branches that make it happened: the internal and external communications, everything with the only object to create strategies that bring the company strengthening of information inside and outside the Chamber of Commerce of Pereira.
