| dc.description.abstract | De acuerdo a los objetivos previstos en el plan de curso de la línea de vivienda y tecnologías apropiadas, el ejercicio de diseño del segundo semestre académico de 2010, fue orientado a participar y cumplir con las bases del concurso CONVIVE V, a fin de atender el desafío proyectual de carácter social, que la revista Escala propone en el municipio de Bucaramanga.
Dicha participación consiste en dar solución, a través de un plan parcial, a la baja densificación que afronta la ciudad en el casco urbano y al déficit de vivienda económica, que obliga a la población más vulnerable a habitar cerca de la escarpa del municipio, donde se expone a condiciones de amenaza por deslizamiento y a mayor riesgo sísmico. Abstract / According to the objectives predicted in the plan of course of the line of dwelling and appropriate technologies, the exercise of design of the second academic semester of 2010, was oriented to participate and to comply with the bases of the contest CONVIVE V, in order to attend the projectual challenge of social character, that the magazine Scale proposes in the municipality of Bucaramanga. Said participation consists of giving solution, through a partial plan, the downward densification confronts the city in the urban helmet and to the deficit of economic dwelling, that obliges the most vulnerable population to inhabit near the cliff of the municipality, where is exposed to conditions of threat by sliding and to greater seismic risk. | |
