Research on news production conditions of Rpn al día, of Colombia's National Police Radio Station, comes from the interest to know how a military institution gets close to the community through an weekly radio informative whose purpose is to inform, build credibility and generate trust. The theory of message mediatization, given by Shomeker and Resse, was the theoretical base to answer how the production constraints affect the structure of the contents of Rpn al día of the National Police Radio Station. Through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, monitoring RPN Station’s news, it was identified how these factors change and affect the production and the release of information produced in Rpn al día.
