Significado psicológico de las oportunidades laborales y económicas en un grupo de retornados de Pereira Risaralda

Abstract

En este artículo de investigación se pretende abordar el fenómeno de retorno internacional, el cual forma parte de un proceso migratorio, siendo novedoso y relevante para analizar, pues es una cuestión que se ha magnificado debido a las crisis económicas y laborales presentadas en algunos de los países de destino; teniendo como objetivo indagar como un grupo de cinco personas retornadas entre el periodo de 2007-2016 significan las oportunidades laborales y económicas que se le presentan en el país de origen, del mismo modo conocer los componentes emotivos y cognitivos del significado psicológico de un grupo de personas, atribuidas al fenómeno de retorno, así como identificar la diferencia para los retornados de dichas oportunidades entre los países habitados y por último analizar la relación del significado psicológico de las oportunidades laborales y económicas en los países habitados.\ Abstract: This research article intends to address the phenomenon of international return, which is part of a migratory process, being novel and relevant for the analysis because it is a question that has been magnified due to the economic and labor crises presented in some of the countries of destination; having as objective to investigate as a group of 5 people returned between the period of 2007-2016 means the labor and economic opportunities that are presented in the country of origin, in the same way to know the emotional and cognitive components of the psychological meaning of a group of people, attributed to the phenomenon of return, as well as to identify the difference for the returnees on the labor and economic opportunities among the inhabited countries and finally analyze the relationship of the psychological meaning of the labor and economic opportunities in the inhabited countries.
