| dc.description.abstract | Resumen: El objetivo fue identificar el conjunto de actitudes de los pacientes oncológicos del área metropolitana de Risaralda frente a las barreras de acceso al sistema de salud en Pereira. Desde la Teoría Fundamentada, con corte cualitativo y un alcance interpretativo se aplicó una entrevista semiestructurada a 15 pacientes; sobre la cual se transcribió, codificó, categorizó y analizaron los datos a partir del análisis subjetivo e inductivo de los datos encontrados y el marco conceptual. Se identificaron diferencias y similitudes que permitieron conocer el conjunto de actitudes frente a cada una de éstas. En la discusión, se planteó que las barreras se perciben según la posición socioeconómica del paciente, y que, de la actitud que adopten los mismos ante éstas, incide en su recuperación. Abstract: The objective was to identify the set of attitudes of cancer patients in the metropolitan area of Risaralda against the barriers of access to the health system in Pereira. From the Grounded Theory, with qualitative cut and an interpretative scope, a semi-structured interview was applied to 15 patients; on which the data was transcribed, codified, categorized and analyzed from the subjective and inductive analysis of the data found and the conceptual framework. Differences and similarities were identified that allowed us to know the set of attitudes towards each of them. In the discussion, it was suggested that the barriers are perceived according to the socioeconomic position of the patient, and that, from the attitude they adopt towards them, it affects their recovery. | |
