Abstract

Building on the foundations of organizational psychology, this work is consolidated, it develops the theoretical and practical procedure carried out in the company La Integridad S.A, where he ran the respective intervention plan, aimed primarily at the issue related to occupational Risk Management and Recruitment, among other functions performed that strengthened the practice stage will be conducted from December of 2011 until October of 2012.
